Yes, we can. While the Wellness Dentistry Network is a professional organization, many of our member offices across the world accept new patients. If you’re looking for a dental office that takes a whole-body approach to oral health, let us know your location and what you’re hoping to find, we’ll do our best to connect you with a provider who aligns with this philosophy. Please note: WDN is not a formal referral directory, but we’re happy to help point you in the right direction when possible.

Do I have to be a member to reach out?

Not at all! Many of the conversations we have are with non-members who are simply curious or exploring a new direction. Whether you’re ready to dive in or just want to learn more, we’re happy to talk through what might be a fit for your practice.

Is WDN just for general dentists?

Not at all. We work with specialists, hygienists, associate doctors, and interdisciplinary practices. The protocols and resources are flexible and built to support a wide range of clinical roles.

How much does it cost to join?

The first year of membership is $2,995 and includes access for five team members. After that, renewals are $1,995 per year with locked-in pricing.

Can I include my entire team in the membership?

Yes! Each membership includes five open seats for your team, and additional seats can be added. That means everyone, from front office to clinical staff, can stay aligned and informed.

Do you help onboard new team members?

Yes. We know how tough it can be to bring someone new up to speed. WDN takes that burden off your plate with tools and training designed to quickly align new hires with our wellness-based dental philosophy and protocols. Let us help get them calibrated and confident.
