It also helps us introduce wellness based dentistry concepts, protocols, and processes that can better calibrate your team.
Please continue through the Initial Onboarding Packet list. Once everything is submitted, your Wellness Dentistry Network Ambassador will follow up to guide you through the next steps.
INITIAL ONBOARDING PACKET
1. Onboarding Assessment Survey
This assessment gives us a snapshot of where you and your team are starting from. It also helps us identify areas in your practice that might need attention or a little tune-up. Be honest, it’s okay if you don’t have all the pieces in place yet! This assessment helps us determine where to begin. This isn’t about measuring what you know, but rather what you do and what your team understands. This is just a starting point, and we’ll build from here one step at a time and our goal is to guide you through the process.
2. WDN Champion & Ambassador Form
Identify your practice’s internal WDN Champion. This is someone who will be our Ambassador’s point of contact and the person who can help keep the momentum going. It doesn’t have to be the dentist, and often isn’t. Choose whoever is best suited on your team to help lead the charge!
3. Baseline Metrics Form
This form helps us track your progress over time. We’ll revisit these numbers at the 3- and 6-month marks to measure how things are evolving in your practice and it will help us calibrate what areas to focus on ongoing.
4. Creating a Visual Culture Form
A big part of this journey is starting conversations with patients. One easy way to do that is by creating a visual culture in your office that spark curiosity. The attached form walks you through how to start.
